I am suffocated of your smile

Do not smile
Whenever you smile
the more narrowed my life becomes

Is this how you made them,
know about our love,
Do you not know,
there is no home for our love.

You are pure
And have a new sense of

You have a beautiful soul.
Always in your pocket
There is stories of lovers
and your always ready
to tell me about them
And how they lived,
in dreams.

I am not like you
So do not smile!

I am suffocated of your smile
I loved it before, but now
It cause me strangulation
And a serious concern, about us.

So that is how I hide my love
I always hide it from them
From theire Black Hearts

They want to see us parting
They always doubt the
purity of our love.

Why are you like that
Not protecting our love
always telling them about our love

Why don't you cover up
the light of our life
Until all the lights safely,
lights only to us.

Why do you smile,
When they complain
Whenever envy they show us -
Whenever enlighten your smile become.

  1. Smiles can be anguish as well as delight, as you've so ably shown here. Nice One Shot!

  2. Smiles are like coins, aren't they? They have 2 sides to them... one, good.. and the other, well, it depends...

I really like the way you have portrayed this two-faced nature of a person's smile... sometimes, it tends to unnerve you...
    Very nicely written!!

  3. Dear S Sharp

Enjoyed reading this one.. how the smile touches your heart and release feelings of insecurity ...
